Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
TO ENSURE THAT ALL OUR PERISHABLE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN TOP PHYSICAL CONDITION, WE SHIP SOME ORDERS USING DRY ICE AND AN INSULATED COOLER BAG. THE PRODUCTS ARE THEN PLACED INSIDE A HEAVY DUTY CORRUGATED BOX TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE RECEIVING THE FRESHEST DELIVERY. THIS WILL ONLY APPLY TO PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE REFRIGERATION.
RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the box when it is delivered.
As long as it is delivered as scheduled by the shipper and received by you directly, we take full responsibility for the product; however, if you do not receive the product directly from the delivery person and the product sits outside in the heat, we can not take responsibility for the product.

Perishable shipments are unfortunately not insurable. We have very seldom had problems with shipment, but it can occur regardless of what shipper or shipping method we use. Please be available for your shipment so that you receive your items in the condition that was expected.
The following shipping applies after UPS has received your package.
UPS TWO-DAY AIR
Expect your delivery to arrive in 2 days.
All states will receive an option for shipping UPS Two-Day Air. However, if you are provided an option for UPS Ground your order will most likely arrive with-in two days.

Please note that we only ship within the continental United States.
When you order from us, we obtain the information we need to complete your transaction. This information may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, billing information (credit card number, with expiration date and billing address), recipients name, address and phone number and any promotional code information. From your transactions and interactions with us, we obtain information concerning the specific products or services you purchase or use. Should you need to contact us via email, we will need your email address to respond and you may also be requested to provide us with additional information to help us answer your question.
Our Promise
We promise that any perishable product you receive from Merlin's Market will be of high quality and in top physical condition. Mistakes happen, and we get it! Unfortunately, any mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer resulting in a delay/non-delivery are not eligible for any refunds.
