Heating, eating & storing your English Bangers
Heat your English bangers in a frying pan with a small amount of oil, browning on all sides. Then slip them into a 375-degree oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the internal temperature of your bangers reaches 165 degrees. Let cool before eating as there are hot juices inside.
Once cooked, please consume within 2 days.
These English bangers pair perfectly with roasted tomatoes and HP sauce. For the perfect British breakfast add Merlin’s Market British bacon, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, and authentic Heinz beans.
Your English bangers can be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 6 months if stored in a freezer bag.

As our perishable products ship at a flat rate, you’ll find it’s most cost-effective to fill your box. For example, 2-4 pasties and 4-6 pies. Don’t forget to include a sauce, dressing, or seasoning!
